Olmsted Point is a popular turnout on Rt. 120 through Yosemite National Park. Many people enjoy it for its fine views, but I prefer the boulder fields and the stone patterns underfoot. I can mosey around there for hours and never have my interest flag. With this simple tableau I printed down the granite surface and lightened the pebble in order to heighten the drama of the graphic composition. |
